Rules
Dance forms that are permitted in the competition are Traditional Indian, Semi classic, Folk dance and Patriotic dance.
A team can have minimum 5 members and maximum 10 members.
Time limit for each team would be minimum 3 + 2 minutes and maximum 5 +2 minutes, (+ 2mintues for stage setting)
Negative points will be considered for exceeding the time.
Songs related to the dance should be submitted to the coordinator on the day of registration.
Teams are required to transfer the songs via email and WhatsApp (To minimize technical disturbance)
Same songs for the multiple teams are not allowed (Preference will be given for those who registered first)
Once registered, team will not have an option of changing songs. In case if there is a change, team will be disqualified.
No props, stage setting, and costumes will be provided by the organizers.
Orders of the participation are selected by taking lots.
Points of evaluation will be based on costumes, presentation, facial expression and body language, choreography, confidence, selection of the music.
Vulgarity, offensive, obscene, disrespectful actions, or gestures are strongly prohibited; this will lead to disqualification of a team from the contest.
The judges’ decisions are final, and cannot be appealed
