Students who are willing to take part in an event should register their names before 14th October 2024. (On spot entry will be obliged).
Inter class students are allowed to form a team and participate in above competitions.
Event rules must be strictly followed by the participants
Music, song, and theme related to the event should be submitted to the coordinator on the day of registration.
One participant can participate in more than one event, but no extra time will be given for the preparation. One can participate in maximum of 3 events.
No props, stages setting, and costumes will be provided by the organizers.
Negative points for exceeding the time which is allotted for all events.
All the events will commence at the scheduled time, punctuality will be appreciated.
Students should refrain from abusive language, absence display and revealing costumes during the competitions, failing which they will be disqualified.
Students who registered their names can withdraw their name (if they are not ready) before 15th October 2024.
At the end of the competitions, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, prize in each event will be announced and distributed on the same day.
Orders of the participation in each event are selected by taking lots.
The judges’ decisions are final, and cannot be appealed
