Child Protection Cell and Women Empowerment Cell jointly hosted a thought provoking awareness talk on "Students Responsibility in the Institution and Society" at St Philomena P.U.College ,Puttur on 02/09/2025.
The President, Rev.Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta, Principal St Philomena P.U.College, Puttur emphasized the importance of building a good character, stating that a strong character is essential to lead a respectful life.He highlighted the significance of character over marks, he noted that while academics are important, a good character is crucial for earning respect in the society.
The Chief Guest, Mr Anjaneya Reddy, Sub Inspector, Puttur City Police Station emphasized the importance of character-building for students.
