Guest Lecture on 'Sanskrit and Ayurveda' at St Philomena P.U. College, Puttur.

On September 3rd, 2024, the Sanskrit Sangha of St Philomena PU College organized a guest lecture on 'Sanskrit and Ayurveda'.

Resource person Mr. Ganesh Krishna Sharma M.V., Associate Professor at Sharada Ayurveda Medical College, emphasized the cultural and intellectual value of Sanskrit, its role in studying Ayurveda, and benefits such as mental calmness, proper pronunciation, understanding symbolism, healthy lifestyle, and home remedies.

Principal Rev. Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta stressed regular habits and moderation for better health.

The program was coordinated by Mr. Suresh Kumar, convenor of the Sanskrit Sangha. Apoorva welcomed, Akash P.G introduced the guest, Anseena proposed the vote of thanks, and Trisha compered.
