4th National Finswimming Championship

St Philomena P.U. College, Puttur, excelled at the 4th National Finswimming Championship with Diganth V.S. setting a new record and Anvith Rai Barike clinching the Individual Championship.
Students showcased exceptional swimming skills at the championship organized by the Underwater Sports Federation of India (USFI) at Dr Syama Prasad Mookherjee Swimming Pool Complex, New Delhi from 14th to 17th September 2024.
The swimmers were trained by Mr Partha Varanashi, Mr Niroop G.R., Mr Deekshith Rao, and Mr Rohith Prakash, guided by Dr Elias Pinto and Mr Rajesh Moolya.
The Correspondent and Principal congratulated the following students:
Diganth V.S. (I PCMC 'E') — Gold in BI-FINS 50M (NMR), Silver in BI-FINS, Bronze in APNEA 50M, new record in 50M BI-FINS Men's category
Anvith Rai Barike (I PCME 'E') — 3 Gold (MONO-FIN 50M, 100M MONO-FIN, 200M MONO-FIN), Bronze in 50M BI-FIN; Individual Championship
R. Aman Raj (I PCME 'E') — Gold in BI-FINS 100M & 200M, Silver in 50M APNEA & 50M BI-FINS
