International Yoga Day was celebrated jointly by St Philomena P.U.College, St Philomena College, and St Philomena High school on 21st June 2022. The participants comprised of National Cadet crops of Army wing,  Naval wing, and Air wing.

 

The Celebration was presided by Very Rev.Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas,  Correspondent, Mai De Deus Edu. Institutions,  Rev. Fr Stany Pinto, Campus Director, St Philomena Institutions inaugurated Yoga Day. Rev. Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta, Principal, St Philomena P.U.College was the Chief Guest and Mr Udaya K., Vice Principal, St Philomena College was the Guest of honour. 

 

The cadets enthusiastically performed Yoga as per the instructions and experienced a sense of peace and happiness.
