Amritha K and Pruthvi K  of St Philomena P.U. College, Puttur qualified to the National School Games Federation of India.

In the State Level Sports Meet  Pruthvi K of II SEBA ‘B’ won the Silver medal in the Hammer throw event with 39.02 mtrs  and Amritha K of II SCBA won the  Silver medal   in the  High Jump event with 1.38 mtrs and are qualified to the National School Games Federation of India to be held in Mumbai. The State Level  Sports meet was organized by the Dept. of School Education (Pre University) ,Bengaluru. The competition was held at Dharwad from  27th to  29th November 2023.

Amritha K and Pruthvi K were trained by Mr Elias Pinto and Mr Rajesh Mooliya, the Physical Directors, St Philomena P.U. College, Puttur.
