The President,V.Rev.Fr.Alfred J.Pinto , Correspondent said that student life is beautiful. God has created us and so we should have faith in him. He also said that failure is a stepping stone of success. He advised students to make a proper utilization of all the opportunities available in the institution.
The inaugurator Dr.Preetham Philip Tauro M.D.,D.N.B Pediatrician,Father Muller Medical College and Hospital,Mangalore and an Alumni said that college life is an important phase of life so students should concentrate on their studies and develop their personality.He encouraged students to cultivate in them self confidence and self motivation .He urged students to develop self discipline which is very necessary to reach their goal. He advised students to work hard by doing right things.
The Chief Guest,Rev.Dr.Antony Prakash Monteiro, Campus Director advised students to live with dynamism and enjoy very moment of life. He encouraged students to do their duty with difference and be responsible for what they do. He also said students to inculcate creativity and be positive in life.
The Guest of Honour, Prof Leo Noronha , Principal ,St Philomena College, Puttur said that every one has a purpose in life. God has given us life and so we should use it properly. He urged students to secure good marks and shape their destiny. He wished students to rise above and be a celebrity of their life.
The Principal, Rev Fr.Vijay Lobo administered the oath of office to the newly elected members of the council.
