Chemical reagents, equipments and activities are a great way to show the students, the fun side of chemistry. Inorder to make subject interesting and to enhance the knowledge about the chemistry subject a programme was organized by Science Forum of St Philomena PU College, at Silver Jubilee Memorial Hall recently. Around 350 students of Science stream take part in this beautiful session.

Prof. Ronald Mascarenhas, Rtd. HOD of Chemistry, St. Agnes College, Mangalore was the resource person.

He shown many and interesting chemistry experiments along with theory behind those experiments. Students were enjoyed this session with great fun.

Mr. Yashwanth MD, Dean of Science in his presidential remarks said that ‘As technology is essential component and clear knowledge of science is required to make developed India”.

Directors of Science Forum Mr. Sukumar SK, Ms. Divya K and Mr. Niranjan GU organized this event. The programme was welcomed by Shreja Shetty-II PCMB-E, Kushall –II PCMB-A proposed vote of thanks . Kanchan Kaveri of II PCMC compered the programme.
